The Pact @ The Abbey Pub

Last week, The Pact released their new single, "Legends", via soundcloud. The single has a clean, radio-ready, Imagine Dragons, polish to it that seems destine for larger stages.

You can catch The Pact at The Abbey Pub on June 21st with Out The Car Window.

The Drafts

The Drafts released their debut LP, South of Somewhere Else, last week. The four-piece band, Ben Goldman, Mike Torpy, Jacob Driscoll, and Tommy Borders, have a echoing basement indie rock sound that is almost as compelling as their songwriting style. With songs called both "Half-Asleep" and "Half-Awake", and "Cure to Nausea" and "Cure to Nostalgia", you can see the band enjoys language as well as sonic exploration.

You can catch Circuit des Yeux at Reckless Records (Wicker Park) for a solo In-Store performance on May 24th at 3pm and at Schubas on July 15th with Xylouris White.
