New Music Video: "Eaten By Worms" - Nothing

Hehe...Nothing frontman Nicky Palermo captures the aftermath of his last fight in the band's latest music video for "Eaten By Worms". (BTW: The image of a young Nicky pulling back a curtain and going backstage with "Michael Jackson" is just so wrong in all the right places.) The video was directed by Kevin Haus, and you can find the track on Nothing's forthcoming LP Tired of Tomorrow, which is due out May 19 via Philly's own Relapse Records.

New Music Video: "Vertigo Flowers" - Nothing

Nothing premiered a new music video for "Vertigo Flowers" earlier today over at Noisey. The paint splattered footage was directed by documentary filmmaker and videographer Don Argott (The Art of the Steal). The band was warned that "the paint would burn their eyes, taste bad in their mouth, and be very cold," and there could only be one take. The single is off Nothing's forthcoming album, Tired of Tomorrow, which comes out May 13 via Relapse Records.

New Track: "Vertigo Flowers" - Nothing

The shoegazing/grunge combination of Nothing have released a new single, “Vertigo Flowers,” from their upcoming album Tired of Tomorrow, which will be released on May 13 - courtesy of Relapse Records. “Vertigo Flowers” implements a smattering of percussion and cutting guitar, causing heavy, controlled surges of sonic waves. Release that pent up aggression while still remaining calm, and smell the flowers. Tired of Tomorrow is currently available for pre-order.

Free Download: "Dig" (Nothing Cover) - Real Don Music

Music can bring together the strangest of bedfellows. We highly doubt that when you think of a song by Philly shoegazers Nothing, an orchestration of horns enter into the mix. Watching/listening to how music affects music through the history of music is always something that never gets old with us. So on this hump day morning, we'll be starting things off with a downtempo, trip-hop cover of "Dig," which originally appeared on Nothing's critically-acclaimed 2014 LP Guilty of Everything (Relapse Records). The recording was produced by Real Don Music, the solo production project of Kirk Huffman (Kay Kay and His Weathered Underground, Gatsby's American Dream). You can stream and download the single for free below.

New Video: "Vertigo Flowers" (Live) - Nothing

Heavy shoegazers Nothing headlined a sold-out show this past New Year's Eve at Boot & Saddle. The band has plans to release its highly-anticipated follow-up to 2014's Guilty of Everything, which will be titled Tired Of Tomorrow. It's due out this spring via Relapse Records. Nothing shared a couple new songs at its NYE event. Below is a live performance video of "Vertigo Flowers," which was captured by Feet First Productions. You can also checkout more footage of the other new yet-to-be-titled tune as well as the rest of the show HERE.
